32.5 hours per week
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm
Salary - £30,518 to £33,699 FTE
Actual Salary - £22,682 £25,046 p.a.
The Role
Watling Academy is seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker to help maintain a safe, calm and positive learning environment for all students. Working closely with Heads of Year and the wider pastoral team, you will play a key role in delivering the Academy’s behaviour strategy, leading restorative practice and ensuring students are supported to re‑engage successfully with learning.
Responsibilities
* Respond to behaviour incidents through the On Call system.
* Facilitate restorative conversations.
* Work closely with our RRK Ambassadors and champion our ethos of Respect, Responsibility and Kindness.
* Support reintegration into lessons.
* Contribute to multi‑agency work.
* Maintain accurate behaviour records to inform whole‑school improvement.
