About the Role
Our Swimming Assistants are a vital part of our team. They work with the lead teacher to make sure everyone is safe and having fun during swimming activities.
Responsibilities
* Work with the lead teacher to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants during swimming activities.
Qualifications
* Level 1 swimming qualification.
* Proof of continued professional development.
* Good communication skills and ability to stay organised.
Working Conditions
As a casual worker, you will have no fixed hours and will work on an as‑needed basis, depending on Wiltshire Council’s requirements and your availability. You are not obligated to be available, and the Council is not obliged to offer you work.
