Salary: £55,000 per annum, depending on experience

Your Role:


As Registered Manager, you will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of the home. You'll lead a dedicated team of professionals to deliver high-quality, child-centred care that meets both regulatory standards and the individual needs of each young person.



Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the home's daily operations, ensuring compliance with Ofsted and regulatory standards

2. Provide strong, compassionate leadership and support to the care team

3. Develop and implement personalised care plans to meet each child's individual needs
