Sous Chef – Lydiard Park Hotel
You will lead the provisions of catering at Lydiard Park Hotel to ensure a high quality offer that meets customer expectations and contributes to the financial performance of the Hotel.
Responsibilities
* Overseeing daily catering operations.
* Managing food hygiene, health and safety standards.
* Collaborating with the executive head chef to develop menus and maintain service quality.
Qualifications
* High level of catering management experience in the public, private or voluntary sector, or extensive relevant experience in a catering role.
* Sound knowledge of food hygiene and health & safety.
* Fluent in English (required under Part 7 of the Immigration Act).
