£28,000 to £40,000 + Uncapped Commission
You’re already a great recruiter. You’re hitting your targets, making placements, and now you’re starting to think “What’s next?”

You could join one of their many divisions, from shipping & maritime to solar power and renewable energy, or even something like exec search. These are serious business sectors with great opportunities and big fees to be made. Your job is to build relationships, win work, and place senior-level talent into businesses that need top-tier people.
It doesn’t matter what sector you’ve recruited in before, but it wouldn’t hurt if you’ve been in something engineering adjacent.
What really matters is that you know how to build credibility quickly and you’re confident working with senior-level clients and candidates. You’re hungry, focused, resilient and ready to go after something bigger.
