Job Description:
We are looking for an FM helpdesk / receptionist to work as part of the workplace team.
Responsibilities include:
* Maximo logging of reactive jobs
* Communication with all site stakeholders
* Badge management for visitors and staff
* Support for contracts
* Point of contact for client areas not allowing phones
* Contractor induction management (WPS – Engineering)
* PPE / signage management on site (stock and replenishment)
* Point of contact for printer and photocopier issues (HP management on site)
* Fleet management support
* Organising completed documents into folders
* Sending out emails of corrective actions, collecting responses, and updating trackers
* Interpreting data and preparing presentations
* Assisting QHSE team with risk assessments
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 - 14:30
