Job Title: Industrial Engineer (Days)
Location: Cleeve Road, Evesham
Job Type: Permanent
Reporting into: Industrial Engineer Manager (Days)
Salary: £51,380 - £56,500
Hours: 4days on / 4days off 06:00am-18:00pm
Main purpose of the role:
The Industrial Engineer will support the Manager with the delivery of the department’s daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Actively participate in the completion of the assigned PMs to ensure departmental KPI’s.
2. Clear communication of breakdowns and repairs done by verbal, email and by supporting Engineering shift report.
3. Perform repairs of mechanical and electrical systems.
4. Ability to Identify and implement improvements to the PMs to make them more effective.
5. Develop and maintain relations with the Production Engineering, Engineering Administration & Stores teams
6. Identify efficiency opportunities and improvements to plant to enhance operation productivity.
7. Company procedures, legislation and good working practices are adhered too.
8. Responding to breakdowns in a timely manner & communicate issues /works completion to requesters
