We're looking for driven individuals to join our team as Production Operatives — playing a crucial role in the creation of life-saving components for helicopters, including fuel tanks and emergency floatation devices. This is more than just manufacturing — it's precision engineering with purpose. What You'll Be Doing: As a Production Operative, you'll be at the heart of our manufacturing process, using specialist tools and materials, including: Cutting and marking materials using detailed templates Interpreting and working from technical drawings Using adhesives, solvents, and industrial chemicals Operating welding machines, milling and mixing equipment Assembling and painting components to good standards Completing route cards and maintaining full compliance Working in confined spaces or at heights (with full safety gear) What We're Looking For: Must-Haves: Comfortable working in confined spaces and at heights Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions Excellent English communication skills (spoken, written, and reading) Health & Safety focused — full PPE required at all times Physically capable of prolonged sitting/standing Willingness to work with chemicals and strong-smelling substances Nice-to-Haves: Previous experience in a manufacturing or aerospace environment Familiarity with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Why Join Us?
