SIXTH FORM ADMINISTRATOR AND OPERATIONS LEAD
37 Hours per week - Term time plus 1 week in August
Monday – Thursday 08:30 – 16:30 & Friday 08:30 – 16:00
Salary: Grade 4: £27,780 - £30,564 (FTE)
Actual: £24,684 - £27,154
The sixth form is an important feature of Bohunt. Its students are fine ambassadors for the school and offer an inspiration for younger pupils. Sixth‑form students are models of diligence and determination. They are trusted to behave maturely. Judged by Ofsted to be Outstanding, and with A‑Level results that place it as the top non‑fee paying post‑16 provision in the south, you will be joining a fantastic team, working in beautiful facilities, nurturing inquisitive, academic, delightful young adults as we send them into the world to make a difference.
This is a new role that will incorporate time spent as ‘front of house’ within the reception team, as well as coordinating some of the operational work undertaken by the Leadership Team of the Sixth Form – scheduling university interviews, coordinating our club offer, as examples.

Bohunt School in Liphook was judged in the top 20 of all Comprehensive Schools nationally in The Times Parent Power Good Schools table in 2024 and the school has received national coverage for a variety of innovative initiatives.
