Project Support Officer (Ref: 231612)
Fixed term for 12 months. Secondments welcomed. Part time 25 hours per week. Band 5 - Salary Range £33,247 - £41,424 per annum (pro rata). Distant Island Allowance £2,482 per annum (pro rata).
This contract is for a fixed-term period of 12 months. The reason for the fixed-term contract is time-limited funding. This post will involve hybrid working but is based in Shetland. This role will offer project support across a range of change and innovation projects for NHS Shetland. This role is integral to the successful delivery of programmes that aim to improve services and outcomes for our population. The postholder will work closely with project leads and stakeholders to ensure effective planning, coordination, and monitoring of project activities to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Knowledge and experience of working within NHS Shetland would be an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong working relationships across teams and disciplines, along with good attention to detail are essential. A related degree, or strong evidence of extensive related experience is expected.
