Your Responsibilities:
* Providing a warm, friendly welcome and assisting customers with banking transactions.
* Supporting customers over the phone and through digital channels.
* Identifying financial needs and recommending suitable products and services.
* Ensuring smooth branch operations in line with policies and procedures.
* Staying updated with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
* Collaborating with colleagues across the branch network to deliver exceptional service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Excellent customer service skills, face-to-face or over the phone.
* Ability to remain calm and focused in a busy environment.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional manner.
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and grow.
