This is for you if: You have 2 years experience as a Home Manager or in a similar senior role Youre NMC Qualified You lead from the floor, not from behind a desk You build teams that stay and know how to bring the best out of people You balance compassion with compliance and never lose sight of either You understand the commercial xxuwjjq side occupancy, budgets, private market You have a strong working knowledge of CQC requirements Nurse or non-nurse applications welcome If youre a manager who puts culture and care at the centre of everything this home deserves you.
