Job Title: Retrofit Coordinator
Reports To: Head of Operations
Salary Scale: Up to £45,000 depending on experience
Location: Remote / hybrid
Hours: 40hrs per week (Flexible working)

Job Purpose
The Retrofit Coordinator will coordinate the retrofitting process of private or social housing in compliance with PAS2035. Responsibilities include planning, managing, and executing retrofit projects efficiently and cost-effectively.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly expanding company as we deliver multiple, long-term, high-value contracts.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement retrofit plans that minimize occupant disruption.
* Manage project budgets.
* Liaise with contractors, funders, and occupants to ensure project adherence to plans.
* Oversee installation of retrofit measures.
* Ensure compliance with PAS2035 and/or MCS standards.
* Report progress to the Senior Leadership Team.
* Manage and lead a team of Retrofit Assessors.
* Evaluate projects for continuous improvement.
Essential Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
* Hold ECMK accreditation and be proficient with Corelogic software.
* Qualified Retrofit Coordinator with a Level 5 Diploma in Retrofit Coordination and Risk Management.
* Qualified Domestic Energy Assessor and Retrofit Assessor.
* Member of a Trustmark-accredited scheme.
* Full driving license and own vehicle.
