What We're Looking For:
* Relevant TA qualifications (Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant, CACHE, or equivalent)
* SEN experience for specialist roles (supporting pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or other additional needs)
* Strong classroom support skills and a genuine love for helping children learn
* Flexibility and reliability
* Previous experience in Primary Schools (preferred)
* Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
* A positive attitude and a passion for making a difference in pupils' lives
