The Deputy SENCO plays a pivotal role in ensuring that students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) receive the tailored support they need to succeed. They are responsible for providing professional guidance to colleagues and will work closely with staff, parents, and a range of external agencies in providing a support role to families.
