Are you an experienced Account Manager who thrives on building relationships and delivering tech solutions that make a real difference?
We’re working with a well-established, fast-growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) that supports businesses across the UK with everything from IT infrastructure and cybersecurity to cloud and connectivity solutions. What you’ll be doing:
* Developing and nurturing long-term relationships with existing clients while driving new business opportunities.
* Introducing clients to innovative technologies, products, and brands that enhance their operations.
* Preparing persuasive proposals and quotes that stand out from the competition.
* Managing sales activity and pipeline through the CRM system.
* Collaborating closely with technical and project teams to ensure smooth delivery of solutions.
* Staying ahead of market trends and identifying fresh revenue streams.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience in MSP or IT sales (essential).
* A strong background in Account Management or Key Account Management.
* Excellent communication skills, able to translate tech talk into plain English.
* Commercially astute, strategic, and driven to succeed.
* Enthusiastic about technology and always curious to learn more.
