Plan and schedule gas servicing, breakdowns and installation works for operatives and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Manage appointments with tenants, ensuring clear communication and minimal disruption
Monitor and update the gas servicing programme to ensure all properties remain compliant with LGSR's
Respond promptly to emergency gas issues and reallocate work as needed to meet urgent demands
