Multi Skilled Engineer
We're looking for a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer to join our Facilities Management team based in Westminster. Location: Westminster – site-based role. Hours: Full time, Monday to Friday, day shift work.

What will you be responsible for?
As a Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer, you'll be working within the Kier Facilities Management team, supporting the Operations Manager in delivering high-quality planned and reactive maintenance services across our Westminster portfolio.
Responsibilities
* Delivering both reactive and planned preventative maintenance to ensure full compliance and achievement of service level agreements.
* Working closely with the local engineering and administration team to plan workloads and maximise productivity.
* Managing and supporting subcontractors to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, and to Kier standards.
* Carrying out and submitting quoted works within agreed SLAs and budget requirements.
* Building strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure customer satisfaction and service excellence.
What are we looking for?
This role of Commercial Multi-skilled Engineer is ideal if you have:
* Proven experience in commercial maintenance, including PPMs, reactive works, and contractor liaison.
* A strong mechanical background, with the ability to assist and guide colleagues where needed.
* Eligibility for SC Clearance (must have lived in the UK for the past 5 years).
