Senior Support Worker - Solo Placement Children's Residential Home Location: Preston Salary: £30,545 per annum inclusive of sleep rate, normally £40 per sleep Hours: Full-time, Permanent Shifts: 3 on 3 off - 12 hour shifts Opportunity to earn bonus of £300 per month on top of your salary! About the Role: As a Senior Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting young people with EBD needs in a safe, children centred and structured environment. You will offer support with a team of residential support workers, ensuring the highest quality of care is consistently delivered while promoting positive outcomes for the children and young people in your care.
