What you’ll be doing
* Supervisingand motivating the front-of-house team during service
* Ensuring smooth and efficient operation of your section and the wider restaurant
* Deliveringrelaxed, memorable dining experiences for every guest
* Sharingexpert knowledge of our menus, daily specials, wines, and drinks
* Anticipatingguest needs and providing thoughtful, confident recommendations
* Supportingand mentoring junior team members to develop their skills
* Liaisingclosely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless service
* Upholdingthe high standards that define the Rick Stein name at all times
* Assistingmanagement with daily operational tasks, including staff scheduling andtraining
What we’re looking for
* Afriendly, positive attitude with a natural sense of hospitality
* Previousfront-of-house experience with confidence leading a team
* Agenuine interest in food, wine, and seafood
* Strongcommunication and interpersonal skills, confident engaging with guests andcolleagues
* Ateam player who thrives in a busy, professional environment
* Someonewho leads by example, inspires their team, and takes pride in exceptionalservice
