Organisational Development Lead - Charity sector - c£52,000 - Flexible locationThis is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to join a leading charity.Your key responsibilities will include:-
* Coordinating and managing the OD plan across specific functions and programmes
* Supporting the professional development of OD specialists through coaching and capability building
* Delivering OD interventions in complex contexts, including work with senior leadership teams
* Supporting the design, development, and delivery of leadership and people management programmes
* Managing the development of talent management and succession initiatives
* Contributing to evaluation and feedback processes
You should be an experienced Organisational Development Specialist with a track record of leading and developing a team in a large complex organisation. Experience of designing and delivering leadership development programmes needs to be combined with a strong understanding of organisational development, culture change and team dynamics. Excellent stakeholder management skills are essential.
