About This Role
We're looking for a passionate Educator to join our team. We seek an experienced and passionate Educator who can bring creativity, warmth, and fun into the room, while working alongside the team to deliver the very best in early education and care every single day.
The Important Work You'll Do
* Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring learning environment for children
* Build meaningful relationships with children and families, celebrating each milestone
* Support your team by ensuring every educator feels valued and included
* Implement our Grow Curriculum with creativity and enthusiasm
* Communicate openly with families, supporting developmental outcomes for all childrenBe part of the wider campus team by sharing ideas, setting goals, and driving excellence
About You
* Diploma of Early Childhood Education
* Experience within an early childhood setting (2+ years desirable)
* A natural educator who thrives on teamwork
* Warm, approachable, and passionate about children's development
* Enthusiastic about continuous learning and reflective practice
* Strong knowledge and implementation of the Child Safe Standards
