Counterbalance Forklift Driver - Right Now Group Right Now Group are looking for an experienced Counterbalance Forklift Driver to join our busy warehouse team in the Colnbrook area. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe operation of material handling equipment, moving and organising pallets, and ensuring the efficient flow of goods throughout the warehouse and dispatch areas. Key Responsibilities Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently in line with company policies and safety procedures. Load, unload, move, and stack goods and materials as required. Carry out daily equipment checks and report any faults or maintenance issues promptly. Accurately complete warehouse documentation and maintain stock control procedures. Assist with general warehouse duties including picking, packing, and labelling. Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work environment at all times. Requirements Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in date). Previous experience operating counterbalance forklifts within a warehouse or logistics environment. Familiarity with PMC systems or similar inventory management tools (advantageous). Strong understanding of health and safety standards in a warehouse setting. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable with good communication and record-keeping skills.
