Cover supervisor
Milk Education are recruiting for a purpose-driven, ambitious Cover Supervisor to join an inclusive Secondary School in Rochdale to work on a short-term basis starting as soon as possible!
You’ll be joining a supportive school focused on student engagement and behavior management. This is an exciting role for a new or experienced cover supervisor to join a fantastic school to support pupils in reaching their potential!
What You’ll Be Doing in the Role:
1. Managing classroom behavior and ensuring students stay on task
2. Delivering pre-set work plans across various subjects
3. Promoting inclusion and acceptance of all students
4. Supporting pupils consistently whilst responding to their individual needs
Essential Qualifications:
5. Must have recent and relevant experience in an education setting
6. Must possess good numeracy and literacy skills
7. Holds a degree or relevant Level 3 qualification
8. Ability to work under the guidance of the school leadership team
