The business is family owned and operates across Hampshire and Surrey undertaking projects across the education, extra care, super prime residential and commercial valuing up to £5mil. About the role of Quantity Surveyor: As Quantity Surveyor you will be responsible for managing upcoming schemes, reporting into the Commercial Manager. Key Responsibilities as Quantity Surveyor: Manage sub-contract procurement Manage sub-contractors accounts on site, dealing with variations Manage monthly valuations and liaise with the client Deal with final accounts Key Requirements as Quantity Surveyor: Have a HNC / construction related degree Have administered JCT forms of contract Must have the full right to work in the UK Must live within commutable distance to Portsmouth Whats on offer for this Quantity Surveyor role: Salary: Up to £60k Company Car / Car Allowance Solid pipeline of work Progression opportunities This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with an excellent reputation in the region and ample work on the south coast.
