Here at GXO, we're recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to support our operation at Avonmouth. This is a full time, permanent role, working Monday to Friday, where you'll provide clear, accurate and insightful financial reporting, supporting forecasting, budgeting and operational decision making across the contract.

What you'll do on a typical day:
* Produce accurate and timely weekly and period financial reporting, analysing and explaining variances
* Support month end processes, including balance sheet and revenue reconciliations
* Monitor and report on key performance indicators, supporting operational performance
* Assist with forecasting and annual budget preparation in line with GXO standards
* Build strong relationships with operational and finance stakeholders to ensure financial insight drives performance
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Experience in a similar finance or management accounting role
* Strong analytical skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
* Confident communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
* AAT qualified or actively studying towards CIMA or ACCA (preferred)
