Your Role
As a Stock Investigator, you'll be the unsung hero who ensures our supply chain flows seamlessly. You'll investigate discrepancies, identify their causes, and resolve issues swiftly. Your Responsibilities
* Investigate discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, and deliveries to identify and resolve issues.
* Accurately record and update discrepancies in the internal system, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date.
* Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues and ensure smooth logistics operations.
* Collaborate with relevant departments to find solutions to discrepancies and prevent future occurrences.
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of discrepancies, actions taken, and resolutions.
* Provide feedback and suggest process improvements to reduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
* Experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative roles is preferred but not required.
* Attention to detail to spot discrepancies quickly and maintain high accuracy.
* Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with logistics or warehouse management systems is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
* Ability to work collaboratively and independently when needed.
