About the Organisation You’ll join a respected qualifications and assessment organisation known for its commitment to quality and continuous improvement. Working within a supportive Product Development team, you’ll help create resources that empower centres and enhance the learner experience. The Role As a Curriculum and Qualification Resource Developer, you will: * Develop high-quality curriculum support materials and centre-facing resources. * Produce accurate, engaging and accessible teaching, learning and assessment content. * Ensure all materials meet Ofqual, curriculum and internal quality standards. * Work with SMEs and internal teams to support qualification development and updates. * Incorporate sound pedagogical approaches and accessibility principles. * Contribute to digital learning resources, multimedia content and interactive tools. * Review, edit and quality-assure materials produced internally or externally. * Use feedback and research to inform continuous improvement. About You You will bring: * Experience in curriculum design, content development or assessment resource creation. * Strong writing, editing and proofreading skills. * Understanding of pedagogy, assessment methodologies and qualification delivery. * Ability to produce clear, user-friendly and accessible content. * Strong organisation and stakeholder collaboration skills. * Experience with digital authoring tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe, Articulate, Rise). * A proactive, creative and solutions-focused approach.
