We're expanding rapidly, especially our Beyond Warden Call (BWC) service, and we're looking for a talented Lead Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital telecare.

The Role
As our Lead Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of building and deploying advanced digital door entry and dispersed alarm systems. This is a hands-on, technically orientated position where you'll work across both hardware and software environments, ensuring our systems are built, configured and tested to the highest standards before deployment. You'll act as the go-to technical expert, driving process improvements and mentoring colleagues.

What We're Looking For
* Proven engineering experience across hardware, software, and SaaS/web-based platforms.
* Strong skills in assembling, configuring, and troubleshooting electronic systems.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a structured approach to challenges.
* Strong communication skills—able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
* Familiarity with digital door entry systems (highly desirable).
* Experience in the telecare sector (a significant advantage).
* Solid understanding of Wi-Fi, GSM networks, and IoT technologies.
* Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
* Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel, UK-wide
