An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant or Supporting Paralegal to join a highly regarded Private Client team based in Skipton. This is a chance to be part of a well-established, respected firm that deals exclusively with private client work of a high standard.
You will support experienced Private Client Solicitors across a varied and interesting caseload, including wills, probate, estate administration, lasting powers of attorney, and trusts. The role will involve preparing documentation, liaising with clients and third parties, managing case files, and providing essential administrative and organisational support to ensure the smooth running of the department.
For this role, you will need to have proven experience in Private Client work. Excellent attention to detail, organisational ability, and clear, professional communication skills are essential.
A calm, empathetic manner and a genuine interest in helping clients through sensitive matters will also be key to your success in this role.
