Shift Pattern: 2pm – 10pm, Saturday and Sunday

Overview
We are looking for an experienced Cleaning Supervisor to manage a cleaning team across a range of Mitie clients. The role includes recruitment, development of staff, and maintaining excellent service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
Responsibilities
* Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order
* Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules
* Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used
* Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training
* Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service
* Provide technical training to staff as required
* Distribute uniforms, monitor standards of cleanliness, and order supplies as necessary
* Address issues efficiently and professionally, escalating to line manager when appropriate
Qualifications
* Previous supervisory and cleaning experience
* Good communication and basic English reading skills
* Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
* Self‑initiative and ability to work to a schedule
* Flexible and proactive approach to work
