FINANCIAL ADVISER - NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Location: Brighton
Clark James Recruitment is working with a leading Financial Services business to recruit a Financial Adviser to complement the existing team. The role will assist customers in the Brighton area.
No previous experience within Financial Services is required; full training, guidance and structured support will be provided.
Role
* Reporting to the Area Manager, achieve regular sales of new business to attain individual and company targets while providing quality customer service.
* Advise clients on a range of financial products either in their homes or via video call.
* Service existing customers through regular reviews.
* Expand existing customer sales through these reviews.
* Grow the client base through referrals and other direct sales techniques.
* Attend regular meetings with the Area Manager and colleagues.
* Complete all required documentation.
* Act in accordance with the FCA Code of Conduct for Company Representatives.
* Work to a programme agreed with the Area Manager.
Candidate
* Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
* A background in sales is essential.
* Confident and ambitious.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Strong, proven sales track record.
* Ability to liaise at all levels.
* Full UK Driving Licence.
Qualifications
* No professional qualifications required; Financial Services recognised qualifications are desirable.
* Must demonstrate a proven sales track record.
Package
* Basic salary c£28,000 plus car and commission.
* Realistic OTE for first year £45,000 - £50,000, uncapped and could be significantly higher.
