As a Senior Sous Chef, you will be an inspirational leader, fostering a positive environment for your team and guests. You will support ongoing coaching and development, drive restaurant performance, and deliver excellent results.
What You Bring:
* Focus on creating a caring, supportive environment, celebrating successes, and nurturing talent within your team.
* Dedication to delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining high standards in food preparation.
* Experience in ensuring compliance with food, health, and safety standards, and understanding financial performance including gross profit, stock control, and labour costs.
* Ability to build a coaching culture, working with your Head Chef on recruitment and development.
* Problem-solving skills, quick decision-making, and adaptability.

* Experience leading a kitchen team as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with a caring approach that ensures your team feels supported.
* Proven experience in maintaining high standards of food, health, safety, and financial management.
