Public Sector Resourcing are looking to recruit an Internal Resourcer - (Inside IR35) for a 7-month contract working on a hybrid basis and with an expectation of 2 days attendance in the Aberdeen office
This role supports a high-profile transition project. It's a unique opportunity to help shape the internal resourcing function within a civil service environment
As a Internal Resourcer - (Inside IR35), your main responsibilities will be:
* Partner with recruiters and hiring managers across multiple functions (e.g., Policy, Legal, HR, Finance)
* Deliver recruitment campaigns and manage stakeholder communications
* Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and industry networks
* Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical roles
* Conduct initial outreach and screening
* Coordinate interviews and candidate communications
* Maintain accurate records across resourcing systems
* Support internal mobility and succession planning
* Promote the employer brand and sustainability mission
* Contribute to inclusive hiring and diversity initiatives
Essential:
* Internal recruitment or sourcing experience (energy, engineering, sustainability sectors ideal)
* Strong stakeholder management, including senior leaders
* Excellent organisational and admin skills
* Proficient in Excel (including formulas), Outlook, and Teams
