HR Advisor – Heathrow
We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to support operational HR activities for our client in Heathrow, with a strong focus on Employee Relations (ER) and Industrial Relations (IR).
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance and performance matters
* Support industrial relations activities, including supply chain audits and compliance with industry working rule agreements
* Provide expert HR advice to managers and employees
* Support recruitment, onboarding and the full employee lifecycle
* Maintain accurate HR reporting (headcount, absence, payroll support)
* Ensure HR systems (Workday) are updated and compliant
* Promote a positive, compliant and high-performing work environment
About You
* Minimum 3 years’ HR Advisory experience, ideally within infrastructure, construction or heavy industry
* Strong, hands-on ER experience (essential)
* Exposure to IR environments or unionised settings
* CIPD Level 5 qualified (or above)
* Experienced user of Workday
* Organised, professional and confident managing sensitive matters
