We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our management team and assist in delivering the daily operation of the Pickaquoy Centre to the highest possible standard. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the ideal candidate should have previous operational and supervisory experience, and experience of working in the sport and leisure industry, but were open to talking to you about the experience you can bring to the role. The role requires an individual that can be a leader as well as a team player. You must have excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills with the ability to motivate a team using a positive and supportive approach.
