Job Role: The Senior Contracts Manager will be primarily responsible for the management, performance, and coordination of subcontractors.
Duties Include: Subcontractor Management Quality Assurance & Compliance Control subcontractor spend and approve payments Oversee subcontractor performance and quality of service.
Develop and implement a framework for measuring and improving subcontractor performance.
Criteria includes: Proven experience (minimum 7 years) in contract or operational management within the social housing, property maintenance or construction sectors.
Strong track record of managing subcontractors across multiple trades and disciplines.
Experience negotiating rates, terms, and performance frameworks with external partners.
Solid understanding of SOR-based contracts, housing KPIs, and health & safety compliance.
