The Role: We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in leading the day-to-day operations of our children's home. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Support Worker or Senior Practitioner ready to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality care and positive outcomes for the children and young people we support.
