Immigration Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) – Central London
Overview
A leading UK immigration practice is seeking an Immigration Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) to join a growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to gain high‑quality experience across both business immigration and private client immigration.

Key Responsibilities
Business Immigration
* Advise clients on Skilled Worker and Global Business Mobility routes
* Support with sponsor licence applications and ongoing compliance
* Handle right‑to‑work, recruitment mobility and employer advisory matters
* Assist UK and international businesses with wider corporate immigration needs
Private Immigration
* Manage spouse/partner, family and personal immigration applications
* Assist with EUSS, naturalisation and British citizenship applications
* Handle long residence, private life and human rights‑based matters
* Work on complex casework with appropriate supervision
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
* A qualified Solicitor (NQ–2 PQE) with experience in immigration law
* Confident handling client queries and drafting high‑quality applications
* Organised, proactive and able to manage a busy, varied caseload
* Interested in building a practice across both corporate and private immigration
* A clear communicator with a strong client‑care approach
