We are urgently seeking highly dedicated and skilled Teaching Assistants (TAs) to join foundational support teams within Secondary Schools across Liverpool to start ASAP or NEW YEAR

Duties:
* Help students learn in small groups.
* Give extra support to students who are struggling.
* Encourage good behaviour and positive attitudes.
* Help the main teacher during lessons.
* Get lesson materials and equipment ready.
* Assist with basic tasks like photocopying and filing.
* Be a positive and reliable adult role model.
We do not require formal teaching qualifications or prior TA experience. We believe the right skills and attitude are more important like:
* Strong Communication: Ability to clearly instruct small groups and communicate effectively with staff.
* Time Management and Reliability: Essential for being consistently on time and managing various classroom tasks.
* Patience and Empathy: Crucial for understanding and guiding adolescents through complex or challenging work.
