Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor
Location: Corby
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 11pm - 8am
Salary: £35,000 per annum
Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a leadership role that makes a real impact? We are currently seeking a dedicated and proactive Nightshift Supervisor to join our clients growing logistics team in Corby.
As a Warehouse Nightshift Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our night-time operations. You'll lead a team, drive performance, and help us achieve key business objectives-all while fostering a safe, positive, and high-performing working environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the nightshift warehouse team to meet daily, weekly, and annual KPIs.
Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and MHE driver standards.
Support the implementation and improvement of the Warehouse Management System.
Monitor operations closely to meet customer requirements and take corrective action as needed.
Assist in managing budgets, reducing costs, and optimising resource use.
Promote continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, on-time delivery, and team morale.
Work collaboratively with transport and warehouse management to maximise efficiency.
Help recruit, train, and retain a capable and motivated team. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably within a nightshift environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse operations, MHE maintenance, and health & safety practices.
Competent using Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
A proactive, "can-do" attitude with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to analyse performance data and implement effective solutions. Why Apply?
