Chichester College Group has an exciting opportunity for you to join us as an Associate Lecturer in Animal Management based at Brinsbury. This is a variable hours position with a competitive salary of £25.82 - £40.26 per hour.

Role Overview: As an Associate Lecturer, you will deliver creative lessons in Animal Care subjects from Level 1 to Higher Education, with some possible low-level Equine delivery depending on your profile. You will also support Study Programme leadership by guiding and tracking student progress to ensure an excellent student experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver teaching and learning activities, including tutoring.
* Prepare learning materials and conduct assessments in a timely manner.
* Manage administration and provide reports on student and teaching matters.
* Support student retention and success rates.
* Develop curricula considering literacy, numeracy, and diversity.
* Understand safeguarding responsibilities.
* Stay updated on educational policies and issues.
* Participate in marketing activities to promote the College.
* Deliver literacy and numeracy embedding within sessions.
Ideal Candidate Skills and Experience:
* Relevant industrial or subject experience.
* Understanding of safeguarding vulnerable groups.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Level 2 literacy and numeracy qualifications.
* Level 3 (or equivalent) in a related subject.
