We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated Sales Executives to join the team in our Glasgow Sales Office.

The Role
Outbound business‑to‑business sales executive role selling corporate hospitality packages for sporting occasions such as Wimbledon, Royal Ascot, the British Grand Prix, The Premier League and many more.
In this position you would work from Tuesday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, with Monday off. You will receive all the training, leads, and support you require to be successful in this role.
Responsibilities
* Cold‑calling Managing Directors of businesses to secure new clients.
* Maintaining a high contact rate on a daily basis.
* Identifying and securing new customers.
* Sourcing new business leads to contribute to your sales target.
* Building your network of new business prospects and accounts.
* Building and developing relationships with your clients, ensuring the highest level of service and repeat business.
* Attending events throughout the year to strengthen client relationships.
* Securing referrals from prospects and clients.
* Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Skills and Experience
* 2+ years of direct sales, influencing, questioning, listening, understanding, objection handling and closing.
* CRM experience.
* Proven track record of exceeding expectations within a fast‑paced sales environment.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Strong work ethic with a burning desire to succeed.
* Accountability ensuring sales targets are achieved.
* Confidence and an outgoing nature.
* Positive outlook.
* Passion for sales.
* Self‑starter approach and willingness to take the initiative.
* Confidence working under pressure to complete tasks to deadlines.
* Ability to think on your feet.
* Ability to influence and get your point across, including saying no to clients when necessary.
