We’re looking for a proactive and reliable Cleaner to join our Voids Team on a full-time basis, helping prepare empty properties (known as "voids") for new residents across our housing portfolio.
This is a hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for deep cleaning vacant homes to a high standard, ensuring they’re safe, hygienic, and ready for move-in. You’ll be trusted to work independently, travelling between sites in a fully equipped company van, and occasionally supporting other team members when needed.
What you’ll be doing:
* Deep cleaning empty properties to meet our lettings standard
* Supporting the wider Voids Team with additional tasks when required
* Ensuring homes are safe, clean, and free from health hazards
* Communicating professionally with residents, colleagues, and contractors
* Managing your own time and van stock efficiently
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in domestic cleaning, ideally in housing or property settings
* A full manual UK driving licence
* Confidence using mobile and tablet devices
* A methodical, customer-focused approach
* Someone who’s happy working solo but also a great team player
