The Role
To generate qualified leads, build strong customer relationships, and maximise sales opportunities for the sales team through proactive outbound calling, effective account management, and excellent product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities
1. Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.
2. Identify customer needs, qualify leads, and set appointments where required.
3. Maintain an accurate database, updating all calls, leads, and outcomes daily.
