Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm | Hybrid working (minimum 3 days in office)
We're delighted to be supporting a well-established and friendly law firm in Tenbury Wells with the appointment of a Private Client Solicitor. The Role Day-to-day, your work will include :
* Drafting Wills and advising on Estate Planning
* Handling Probate applications and Estate administration
* Preparing and registering Lasting Powers of Attorney
* Advising on Trusts and Estates disputes
* Court of Protection matters
* (Optional) Residential Conveyancing
What We're Looking For :
* Previous experience in Private Client law (PQE)
