In this role, you’ll produce accurate financial plans and forecasts across all three financial statements, helping to guide strategic decisions and drive our continued growth. What you will be doing...
* Producing accurate and timely financial forecasts across all three statements in line with business requirements
* Managing the monthly rolling P&L forecast, highlighting key risks, opportunities and cashflow impacts
* Supporting the delivery of in-year companywide budget and forecasts for balance sheet and cashflow, working closely with subject matter experts across Finance
* Building long-term (3–5 year) financial plans, with guidance, to support strategic decision making
* Developing scenario planning models to provide a range of potential outcomes and support risk management
* Delivering clear, insightful analysis that tells the story behind the numbers for leadership and stakeholders
* Becoming a superuser of our finance system (TM1), providing support and cover where needed
About you...
* Part-qualified status (ACCA, CIMA or equivalent), or be qualified by experience
* Experience of forecasting and budgeting across all three financial statements
* Strong financial modelling skills, with advanced Excel capability
* Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
* The ability to work at pace and deliver to tight deadlines
* Strong organisational, communication and presentation skills
* A proactive mindset with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
* Experience with IBM TM1 (desirable, but not essential)
