We are looking for a Senior Management Accountant. This role has become available due to retirement.The role initially is office-based between Ormskirk and Bootle.We are looking for someone available asap. Paying up to £60,000
The Opportunity
This is a hands-on Senior Management Accountant role suited to someone technically strong who is comfortable operating in a fast-paced SME environment.
The successful candidate will:
* Deliver accounts and reports directly to clients
* Sign off all accounts
* Take ownership of accounting queries and support the business in achieving targets
* Support and help strengthen the finance team structure
* Be willing to get stuck in
Candidate Requirements
* Fully qualified accountant: CIMA, ACA or ACCA
* Strong technical accounting capability
* Experience delivering accounts directly to clients
* Comfortable signing off accounts
* Strong management accounting background
* Confident handling high volumes of basic accounting work accurately
* Happy working across multiple entities and structures
* Commercial, hands-on and adaptable approach
Working Style
* Primarily office-based initially
* Flexible working is available after induction and time established with the systems
* Some flexibility is required around time differences when working with overseas parts of the business
* The environment is collaborative and pragmatic, with a strong give-and-take culture
