This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven professional who enjoys developing new business, building lasting customer relationships and creating strategic partnerships that deliver value. /p h3 What You’ll Be Doing /h3 ul li Identifying, developing and winning new business opportunities across the social housing and public sector markets /li li Building strong relationships with key decision-makers and positioning JPS as a trusted partner /li li Developing innovative, evidence led proposals that deliver value and efficiency for customers /li li Managing and maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities through effective CRM management /li li Working collaboratively with internal teams including Bids, Estimating, Operations and Partnerships to deliver winning customer solutions /li li Supporting contract mobilisation, retention and ongoing customer engagement activities /li li Representing JPS at exhibitions, customer events and industry networking opportunities /li li Championing social value initiatives that support communities and strengthen customer partnerships /li li Monitoring market trends, customer insight and commercial performance to identify opportunities for growth /li /ul h3 What We’re Looking For /h3 ul li Proven experience in business development, sales or strategic partnerships within a customer facing environment /li li Experience within the Public Sector or social housing sector is preferred /li li Strong commercial awareness with a track record of delivering profitable growth /li li Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and influencing skills /li li Ability to build relationships at all levels, both internally and externally /li li Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage pipelines, priorities and reporting effectively /li li Experience working collaboratively across multiple business functions /li li Good understanding of public sector procurement processes and commercial agreements /li li Confidence using Microsoft Office packages and CRM systems such as Salesforce /li li A proactive, results driven approach with the resilience and energy to succeed in a fast paced environment /li /ul h3 What’s in it for you /h3 ul li Competitive Basic Salary /li li Performance Related Bonus /li li 34 days holiday per year /li li Retirement Savings Plan (Pension) with Legal & General /li li Life Assurance – From your first day of employment with us you are automatically covered for a lump sum death in service benefit of 2 x your basic salary.
