Please note: This role is open to 4 days or condensed hours working.
Ways of working: 2 days a week in Reading.
The role
Reporting into the Commercial Director, this position represents an opportunity for the right candidate to create a lasting legacy on the HiPP business. With an exciting & ambitious 2026 ahead, you will hone & execute those plans, manage close relationships with a number of our most strategic customers and be fully responsible for a cross‑customer P&L.
Responsibilities
* Report into the Commercial Director and align account strategy with corporate objectives.
* Manage and develop relationships with HiPP’s strategic grocery customers.
* Be fully responsible for the cross‑customer P&L and achieve profitability targets.
* Execute the grocery and commercial strategy and drive growth initiatives.
Qualifications
* Strong track record in FMCG National Account Management (NAM/SNAM level).
* Results‑driven and collaborative mindset.
* General grocery experience is welcomed.
* Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet P&L responsibilities.
